Have you taken out a MenuTome subscription and want to undo it? Within 14 days of concluding the contract you can withdraw from it without giving reasons — fastest directly here using the form. After that, cancellation is the right path.

Who should you address your withdrawal to?

You purchase your subscription through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record: it sells the subscription in its own name, collects the payment and issues the invoice — and is therefore also the recipient of the withdrawal and the party that refunds you. Lemon Squeezy's full provider details and contact information are shown to you at checkout, in your purchase confirmation and in its customer portal.

You do not need to worry about this: you can address your withdrawal to us just as well — via the form on this page, by email or by letter. We will confirm receipt to you without delay in text form, record the time of your declaration, and forward the withdrawal to Lemon Squeezy immediately. To meet the deadline, all that matters is that you send your declaration in time.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

or the seller of your subscription, our payment service provider Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record; provider details and contact information in your purchase confirmation and in its customer portal),

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at menutome.com/en/withdrawal.html (section "Withdrawal function: withdraw from contract here"). If you use this online function, we will communicate to you on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made for the subscription will be reimbursed to you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction will be used, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Note on the refund: The payment for your subscription was collected by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The refund is therefore made via Lemon Squeezy, to the same means of payment you used to pay. This does not affect the deadline: what matters is the day your withdrawal reaches us — even if it reaches us and not Lemon Squeezy directly. You will not incur any fees as a result.

When your right of withdrawal expires early

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun providing MenuTome Pro or Max after you expressly agreed in the app that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; in addition, we must have confirmed this to you by email (Section 356(6) of the German Civil Code, BGB). Without this consent, it does not expire early — not even when you download the app or enter your licence key, contrary to the wording of Lemon Squeezy's general buyer terms.

With this form you declare your withdrawal directly online. After submitting, we show you your declaration with date and time — to save or print — and confirm receipt by email without delay.

Note: a withdrawal via this form is exactly as effective as one by letter or email.
